There are two rugs hanging over the side of a boat. The rugs are 5 feet from the water. The tide is rising 6 inches every hour. How long until the water reaches the rug?

5ft = 60 in
60 inches divided by the 6inches per hour = 10 hrs
It'll take 10 hrs for the water to reach the rug:)
