@cutecats I've been having this problem allot too. I ended up having to block the person but he still could stalk/talk with me on chat. Which is kind of unsettling because he can read my chats with other people whenever he wants to.

Blocking them only blocks their messages. They can still talk to you and anyone else they want to on chat.
