what does "en que yo me la paso" mean? I think it means that I pass by myself, but I'm not quite sure. Would you be able to breakdown each word?
I don't understand why yo and me are together.

That is a very colloquial way of speaking, I think it would be complicated to break it and understand it by the meaning of each word. Just by reading the sentence I cannot tell you its meaning, I need a little bit of context. I can tell you that it probably means "I spend my time doing something". You are probably going to see that expression in a negative way, like, somebody tells you that you are wasting your time or you've done something for a long time that leads nowhere.
