What is the meaning of Prerouting, Postrouting, Input, Output, and Forward on Firewall Mikrotik Rule ? then when we used one of them, or can i used both or more of them for configuring my networking access.

So, I'm not familiar with that OS, but those sound like the basic routing tables that iptables uses, which is the Linux kernel firewall. I recommend reading through this description of how IPTables works: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iptables#Operational_summary
