What is the simplest form of the expression 6x(x − 4) − 16x2 − (9x − 1)?

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

This question is similar to the one you just asked - just simply fy each term - open the brackets, and the subtract or add as required.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can we work on it im confused

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

okay can you solve just the first term? just multiply that first term and post what you got - do nothing else for now.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6x(x having power of 2)-33x-31

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

how did you get (-33x -31)?? Btw, for x having power 2, you can use "x^2". the '^' represents 'raised to the power of' - it's SHIFT+6 on your keyboard.
