An alternating voltage V (volts) with respect to the time t (seconds) is given by the equation V (t) = 54sin(250πt + 0.240) Determine the value of V (t ) at the time t = 0 seconds. Determine the value of V (t ) at the time t = 40 seconds. Determine the time when V (t ) reaches 20 volts. Determine the time when V (t ) is first a maximum.

plug in time t = 0 and 40, and calculate 'V' for the first two questions. find out the corresponding 't' for which the equation equals 20 in the third one. and maximise 'sin(...)' to get the max voltage.
