To whom should I send an email regarding what I believe is an error in Session 12: Equations of Planes II: Reading-Distances to planes and lines, Example 3 where a point Q=(1,0,0) is said to satisfy the plane equation x+2y-z=3. This assumption leads to an erroneous final result.
