it should be B as the metals should be different and so should be the temperature of the junctions..though i cant see any junction in your figure..

Ah...I misunderstood the correlation between the image and the table... Yep, B is correct in that it includes a dissimilar metal and the junction must be hotter than the voltmeter to obtain a valid reading.

BTW: The junction is in the image above the table...to the left.
