From the very start of the play, readers are told that Romeo and Juliet are “star-crossed lovers.” How does the concept of fate/destiny manifest itself in the events of the play? In what ways are Romeo and Juliet victims of misunderstandings, miscommunications, and plain bad luck? How do these things relate to the way readers and auiences?
Romeo and Juliet misunderstand the situation because when Juliet has a plan of taking a medicine that slow down her so that everyone considers her dead and there is some miscommunication that Romeo does not get the messege which was about what Juliet's plan was. This therefore, leads to the death of Romeo cuz he thinks that Juliet is Truly dead and kills himself. When Juliet wakes up Romeo is dead and she loves him so much that she kills herself too...and they both die together for each other. I am not sure if it helped much.
