Factor 9b^2 - 4. (3b + 1)(3b - 4) (3b + 2)(3b - 2) (3b - 2)(3b - 2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is difference in squares so it would be (3b-2)(3b+2)

explain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

never mind i got it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you have a problem that looks like this ?x^2-? the ? being what ever the number is then it is called difference in squares, so you would end up with (?x-?)(?x+?). So do you see how it is minus in one set then subtract in the other set?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and I mean addition in one set then subtraction in the other sorry
