If his spreadsheet shows that during the past two weeks, he spent a total of 4,800 minutes working, how many days and hours has he worked?

convert minutes into hours---> 1 hour = 60 minutes
convert the the hours into days ---> 1 day = 24 hours
now, remainder of the hours and minutes that do not get get exactly converted, for example 'x' minutes are left over in the first division and 'y' hours in the second, and the whole no. of days you're getting is 'z', write your answer as ---> z days, y hours and x minutes.
