She didn't "receive" anything. I deleted a post made by @hkaur bc he asked me too (it had gotten off topic and was completely distracting) and I re-posted the question. She made a comment that would have just derailed the question again, so I deleted it and told her why in msg.

@rebeccaskell94 and @mmoul18 both of you have issues with one another -_- i suggest you settle this mano-a-mano...not in public places like these...if both of you keep doing this fight in public places BOTH of you might get suspended. now...being the neutral camp that i am...im gonna make you two up...

@rebeccaskell94 dont be too hard on mmoul...dont scold her with every thing she does..i just think she cannot express herself perfectly in words thus it comes out wrong. i understand you have a responsibility as a mod but do you remember how when i was training for ambassador i never get bossy and official? even if you ahve some authority..remember to communicate to your fellow users AS A USER NOT A MOD. this means not being too official with communications

@mmoul18 dont get offended too quickly. i have seen some of becca's words to you and they dont seem that offensive yet you take offense. she just wants what's best for you and the group so understand her. and also, she is just a new user with a big responsibility so it is a huge weight on her..understand that it's not easy. and if you do take offense share it with her..let her know PERSONALLY..not through public things..when people resort to these things it usually gets bigger so please settle it personally. after all, how can she know she's being offensive if you wont tell her first?

Way to be folks. @mmoul18, yes, please, in the future, if you have concerns about the moderators, do email us at abuse@openstudy.com . We want to make sure everyone is doing a good job of keeping the community positive and keeping groups on topic. It sounds like that was basically the case here, but I'm glad Rebecca is trying to smooth things over. The happier everyone is the better :)

Hey @mmoul18 - definitely want to reiterate what @shadowfiend said in his post above. Also, the one thing I can *assure* you of are the admins' and moderators' *intentions* - however, we're all human (even @shadowfiend) and so mistakes and errors not only can be made, but I would say they will be made.

The key is to communicate any issues you see, and we can try and work it out. In my experience, most times we have issues like these it is due to some misunderstanding between user and moderator/admin - in many cases everyone is in the 'right' ;)
