I get:
 -7.6638i + 16.2876j - 11.2728k.  
I use the determinant method.  Do you know it?  it makes these easy, if you wanted a second opinion, this is it.  If you're having trouble with cross products and would like to see my method, it is easy and I would be happy to post an explanation.  Let me know one way or the other.
