A lot of questions are being misplaced, can moderators gain the ability to move questions from one group to another?

I don't see why such a privilege would have to be restricted to moderators. Often people who post a prob in a wrong group realise their own mistake and would appreciate a button to correct it themselves.

second time i have seen blues commented "i dont see why such a privilege dotdotdot" this day lol but wont that be hard? i mean transferring questions....

There are some interesting usability issues with it, but we've considered doing this before. We would more than likely restrict this to moderators, however. We typically have to formulate a pretty good reason to allow the asker to change the state of the question after it has been asked because the question itself affects the mechanics of SmartScore and can affect our qualitative assessment of SmartScore and other mechanics on the site. Additionally, from a technical standpoint, moving a question is an expensive operation. So, that's another reason it would be restricted.
