call the one integer x. if they are consecutive, call the other one x-1 or x+1. There are your clues.
so theintegers are 18,20
let the integers be x and x +1 the product is x(x+1) the sum is x + x+1 if there product is 19 more than the sum x(x+1) = x +x+1 + 19 you need to simplify by expanding and collecting like terms
only use the positive solution to the equation
