How do I know if 20934832 is divisible by four? I'm aware that, for example, a number like 99520 can be divided by four since it ends in 20 and 20 is a multiple of four. But, what about this one?

Whole numbers are divisible by 4 if the number formed by the last two individual digits is evenly divisible by 4.
