Umm: Amendment II means that citizens in the U.S have the right to bear arms and for the U.S. to have an army.

what bout Amendment X, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." means.

that basically means: Any power that is not given to the federal government in the constitution can be done by the states...aka: "The States Rights Amendment"

umm The Gettysburg Address was given after the Civil War to bring a divided country together. Lincoln talked about bringing true quality to all citizens and wanted to make sure that Democracy would prevail. thats kinda weak, but I hope it helps
