C.3A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how? i need explanation

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

ratio of current in each parallel is inverse of the ratio of equivalent resistance of each parallel.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The resistors 2ohm,8ohm are in series so total resistance is 10ohm. On the other part i.e 5ohm and 5ohm are in series so total resistance is 10ohm. Now both the resistance are 10 ohms so the current 6A splits equally into each of the branches i.e 3A and 3A.

ok thanks :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@apoorvk , u hve the equation for that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You are welcome.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The one i told is a rigid method of solving it , do you need the mathematical method of solving it ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you have doubts ask.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

AWESOME, I GET IT NOW....THANKS..surely i will ask u :D

You are welcome.
