But I have studied earlier that quantum are discrete packet of charges. But this answer & the attachment answer aren't same. Why?????

OpenStudy (maheshmeghwal9):

@apoorvk plz help:)

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

Lol - 'quantum' is nothing but something that has a fixed quantity - 'quantised'. Available only in those discrete 'packets' Quanta of charge means - a fixed amount of charge - per electron in this case. Quanta of energy means the fixed amount of energy - that every single photon carries.

K! thanx.
