What does your program do? Are you getting a compiler-time or a run-time error? What do you think the problem may be?

my program tries to interpret a txt file which contains several java codes and then it should run the lines as a complete java program sth like a compiler let's say.my problem is with the following methods in my code:
noneStaticMethodCall & staticMethodCall
and I don't have any idea what the problem would be...
