If our cardiac muscle was made up of voluntary what would happen??

Lol, I think it is a good imaginative question --->

If cardiac muscles were voluntary - suicide would be much easier :P
On a serious note, we would have to remember every moment to keep our heart beating - the moment we forget, we would start having convulsions, and that would remind us to start it once again.

And i f I seem to talk nonsense, that's all that can come from a non-bio student.

I think that's why such a reality would violate the laws of evolution - our cardiac muscle cells have evolved such that they can keep on working without rest - as we have evolved too (from very early organisms)
