Consider starting with the conflict that you worked as a peacemaker in.  Pick one that interests you: Israel/Palestine, Afghanistan/Taliban, China/Taiwan, Tea Party/Obama, etc.  From there, you can bullet-point out a speech about the significant steps taken to bring resolution, reconciliation, or at least progress to that given conflict.  Talk about the results, the benefits, and, like any good speech, point to a bright future.
