The inequality that you are trying to figure out is \[-2x+5y >9\]We can rearrange this to make it a slope-intercept form\[y >\frac25x+\frac95\]So the line's slope is 2/5 and the y-intercept is 9/5. Can you exclude any of the graphs, based on this?
