Tsunami waves flood coastal and inland areas and affect coastal life. Which of these properties of tsunami waves most contribute to the flooding? the low friction of waves at the shoreline the high friction of waves at the shoreline the high amplitude of the waves at origination the long wavelength of the waves at origination
What do you think the answer could be. Give an educational guess
A.B,C or D are no
so can you help me yes or no?
Okay, I really need you to think and see if you can at least guess which one could possibly be correct. OpenStudy is NOT a place to just give answers away.
thank you them bye
@child-of-the-sea come on help me
the low friction of waves at the shoreline there is quite a great amount of friction the high friction of waves at the shoreline this would slow down the wave and produce less damage the high amplitude of the waves at origination at origin waves ahve a low amplitude the long wavelength of the waves at origination this is true, often times it is unknown that a tsunami has occures at the place of origin. A boat can be on top of the epiceneter when it occurs and not even notce.
@child-of-the-sea you're a feather.
