can anyone help me rewrite something to make it have great sentence fluency. please ???
When we got out and set up the skis, and the lines that run the skis, got the down riggers down, and we drive for a long period of time, one of the lines got tripped by something in the water and when my mom was trying to fix it, she hit near her eyebrow with something metal on the boat and cut herself. After mom got cut the waves got calm, the wind died down, and I had a feeling something was going to happen. Well guess what... something did happen, a seagull started circling our lures. Yep you guesses it, BAM, he attacked out black and while lure, and it got stuck in his nostril on his beak, when I was trying to reel him in to have my grandpa get the hook out of its beak, he took out all our lines. They were all tangled, and a big mess! When I finally got him in the boat my grandpa grabbed him. The bird kept biting my grandpa my mom went to steer the boat because grandpa had to take care of the bird. Grandpa was yelling at the bird “you damn bird! Stop of ill break you neck you damn bastard!” trust me it was not pleasant. Me and my mom were laughing at my grandpas choice of words for the bird. Once we got the bird free, me and mom reeled the lines in and tried to fix the lines. We had to cut a bunch of them. It was such a pain, but we managed to get it. this was a trip on lake superior,
sorry i started and my computer froze. ill do it again.
thanks

My grandpa started yelling at it as it bit him, "Damn bird. Stop or i'll break your neck! You damn bastard!" It wasn't very pleasant however, my mom and I were laughing at his choice of words for the seagull. He finally got it free. We reeled in and tryed to fix the mangled lines. We had to cut a bunch of them. I was a pain but we managed it.
