last question i need someone to explain to me. Find the distance between the points given. Simplify all irrational answers. (-3, 0) and (0,sqrt 7 ) idk how to do the sqrt 7 part

Because 0+sqrt7 = sqrt 7, and you're squaring it, you get just 7. Does that help?
