how can i find he volume of a cylinder when only the radius and the volume of another cylinder is given i know how to solve with radius and height but not radius and another volume

OpenStudy (oaktree):

Are they similar cylinders? Because if so then you can make a proportion.

* cylinder A has a radius of 2 and a volume of 66 cylinder B has radius 4 volume ? you mean 2/66 4/? hmm would it be 132?

OpenStudy (oaktree):

If they're the "same shape but a different size", then yes.
