Were it a quiz, I would press the buzzer and proceed to answer D. Assuming that it's not a quiz then the opportunity for a little more thought is afforded. Who is to to say what a fulfilling career is? "Fulfilling" may mean a different things to different people. I can imagine that some people might think that constantly changing roles was fulfilling. Equally, without being able to change roles it's hard to imagine that there would be the opportunity to learn ad grow. For some, to have free time during the day may be important, but one would be tempted to ask if, when they described their career as fulfilling on this basis, that they understood the traditional usage of the word fulfilling. In conclusion, even obvious questions can be fun to consider and a dictionary is a very handy tool!
