Match each shape with its perimeter or circumference. Use 3.14 for (PI) and round to the nearest whole number where necessary. A. 19 cm B. 14 cm C. 12 cm D. 16 cm Please help !

It's a circle of radius 3 cm, can you find its circumference? Do you know the formula for this?
nope ,its a pre test before im supposed to read any lessons and try to get a good grade .
Okay:) The formula for perimeter of a circle with radius R is \[C=2\pi r\] r=3 cm here so \[C=2 \times \pi \times r\] Can you do the calculations?
i basicly multiply 3.14 by r which is 3 ?
Yeah and we have a 2 also
so 3.14 x 3 x 2 will give me my answer ?
\[ 2\times 3.14 \times 3\]
Yeah, you'll get the perimeter or circumference of the circle, and then see which is the option
when i multiplied it i got 18.84
and when I round , my nearest whole number is 19 ....
Yeah, you're right. Always remember this formulae
Thank you !
