Yep, start with the MIT links that a few folks have posted. Pay attention to the layout of the feed as it shows up in your iTunes. There are lectures and recitations. The recitations are kind of like labs, where TA's spend more time in depth doing code demos of the things done in class. You definitely want to start with the lectures, but every few lectures, watch a recitation and you will get review and a better picture of what is going on. Good luck!
