Identify the error in apostrophe use: Those dogs's owners have left them in their vet's kennel while they shop at Macy's.

dogs's is incorrect. when you have a plural noun ending in s the possessive form of the noun is just an apostrophe after the s. for example: dogs' bones, kids' toys if the plural doesn't end in s the possessive contraction is the same: women's clothes
