from (1,-6) ,, since length of MN is 14,,N should be at (1,-6+14) or (1,8) 
or even (1,-6-14) i.e (1,-20)

now AB is 7 units,,and BC is 3 units..due to similarity,, MN/AB= NO/BC
thus NO = 6 units
thus if N is at (1,8) ,,O can be at (7,8) or (-5,8)
and if N is at (1,-20) ,,O can be at (7,-20) or (-5,-20)

i maybe wrong,,as i am confused with similarity a bit in this case..
