You are presenting a murder mystery short story. Which music should you choose? haunting orchestral strings Dixieland jazz a rock ballad soft harp music

Haunting Orchestral strings would be the traditional answer, and the one you're most likely looking for. However, soft harp music would make for a more experimental and artistic atmosphere. Dixieland jazz would make the scene either humorous or disturbing.
