You can use a really simple formula that is based on 6 equilateral triangles. The area of one equilateral triangle with side S equals S²√3 / 4, so 6 of these is 3S²√3 / 2 for a regular hexagon with side S. Hope this helps.

there are many formulas to calculate area i m using area = s^2*N/(4tan(180/N)) where s is length of one side N is number of sides this formula will be used when only length of side is given Area = 665.2 units^2
