one thing to do first, I think
would be to convert all values to the same unit values either meters or centimeters.

then on one side have the values for one of the members and on the other side the ones for the other.  I'll be having the meter stick on left and flag pole right|dw:1337829011740:dw|

notice I have already converted. and then you know what to do?
