what is the measure of the central angle that you would draw to represent 35% to the nearest degree how would i find the answer to this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

35% ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes the problems i have to solve says fine the measures of the central angles that you would draw to represent each percent in a circle graph. round to the nearest degree. and the first one out of the 6 problems is 35% so i want to figure out how to do it so i can do the rest as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then you want 35% of 360. .35*360 = the measure of the central angle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh i see and i would use the same formula on the other problems ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, if they're similar... :)
