not good at word problems. A local government had an employee reduction and lost 1/8 of its employees. If 154 of its employees were left after the reduction, how many employees were there originally?

orignal employees 176 , employees left 22 which is 1/8 assume total number of employees is x equation is 1/8x +154 = x
