basically you need "n" number of tiles to pave an area of 175r^5,
that means we use the small tiles to build up a big tile but we don't know how many small tiles needed,
so,

We can build up an equation, the number of small tiles needed MUST be equal to the total number that we finally done building
n(√64r^17)=175r^5
then divide both sides by (√64r^17).
so,
$$n=\frac{175r^5}{(√64r^{17})}$$
