do all letters in a title of an essay have to be capatilized? for example. The Impact On One's Life Through A Teacher.

I am not one hundred percent sure, but I believe an essay's title follows the same rule. That the first word and all the words other than articles are capitalized. So your example would instead be written "On One's Life Through a Teacher".
