The grap will look something like this.
How did you get that?
I marked 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.... on x-axis. On y-axis I marked 1,2.5,4...... Then I marked the co-ordinates like this: (1,1) (2,2.5) (3,4) etc. And then I drew a straight line along the points.
