36, 27, 15, 22, 33, 28, 43, 12, 33, 17 Where is the 1st quartile in this data set? i know the 1st quartile is 16.5 but i dont think thats the answer to the question

In Mathematical terms, the first quartile (designated Q1) is equal to the lower quartile which cuts off lowest 25% of data or is equal to the 25th percentile. The lower quartile of the following data set: 33, 39, 44, 27, 51, 48, 37, 39, 29 is 33.
