you are in a car going 7070to km/h and another car passes you going in the opposite at 70km/h. do both cars have the same velocity? explain.

OpenStudy (anas.p):

No. The speed is same but velocity would be different because velocity is a vector quantity, which includes both speed and direction. So if My velocity is 70 the car on the opposite road has velocity as -70
