What are the causes of hemorrhoids and solutions?

As far as i remember, Hemorrhoids are caused either by infection which causes inflammated of the veins or intense preasure which has caused a inflammation of the vein.
There are three different categories of Hemorrhoids, i don't remember their exact naming but.
#1 Originates outside the Anus.
#2 Originates inside the rectum and does not strech out of the Anus.
#3 It originates inside of the rectum and streches out of the anus (from what i learned these are supposidly the most painful ones)

Type #1 can be easily operated, Type #3 are relativly difficult to operate. #2 Are immersly hard to operate.
Operations includes either strapping the hemorrhoids tightly inorder to sufficate it, Injectionts with some form of Vasoconstriction substance (not sure which) to sufficate the hemorrhoid or surgical removement.

Hemorrhoids generally heal by themselves so avoiding anything that would aggrevate them would be the best course of action, such as constipation and certain kind of food (I don't remember which).

To relieve symptoms there are: Cortinsonetopical and Xyloproct. (There are probably hundred of other alternatives). Regional preference is most likely based on production/import cost.
