There are 8 performers who will present their comedy acts this weekend at a comedy club. One of the performers insists on being the last stand up comic of the evening. If this performers request is granted, how many different ways are there to schedule there appearences?

OpenStudy (anas.p):

i am not sure....but.... this is arrangement right.. seven performers in seven places so 7P7 = 5040 and one performer in 1 place 1P1 =1 multiply them. 5040*1=5040 so 5040. Just verify it.

8 performers at one place

\[\text{ after the final appearance is set, the are 7 options \left, so :} \\ 7!=5040 \]
