who made math??
Math is diverse, different cultures have made their own forms of mathematics.
not one single person. but people have come up with different equations but putting all of the concepts together is "math"
God!!
^ Haha! Right.
True ^^^^
Maybe no one; maybe it is discovered.
^ Sounds like Einstein with his theories, he wins this battle.
lol yea
Haha Damn
God made math, but man dissected, analyzed, studied, used, developed, trained, and expressed it.
Hella nice level tho @Hero
@imranmeah91 i need help
Human reasoning, and needs to solve problems.
^ Yeah. Somewhat, 1+1 = 3, if you don't use a condom. (k, but this is a joke question anyways)
Ha Ha!
Math is just a way of expressing what words couldn't. Its like a language. A language that roots as deep as nature itself. God had all the calculations ready for us.
@FeoNeo33 lol
^@Anas.P god...? Math is man/women made, god did nothing. Einstein made E=MC2, God didn't. (point blank, I'm not even atheist, just stating the facts) and @annas Woah dere, nice.
@annas I dont think we asked for a essay about math
@FeoNeo33 no, we are just discovering math, like gravity. Newton dint make gravity he discovered. Its all already there 5+5=10 was always there even before man thought of it.
Math existed before man. Man just put it into a language he could understand.
^ Agreed on that, but don't bring no "God" in here. He's fictional (Just to tell you). Santa and God is in the same book. Children believe Santa, Christians believe God.
Asking who created math is like asking who created the universe.
I don't think Christians are the only people who believe in God, but okay.
There are other people who believe in God that aint Christians.
lol actually if you want to know who discover maths then an essay would be an answer to it actually maths is a very vast field it contains million of subject ... in every part of life math is the basic need .
@FeoNeo33 k fine no God here. (But I do Believe in his existence but that is not what we are discussing) and Yes I am a Muslim.
Santa and God is in the same book? What book are you reading?
@Hero lol
guyz plz no religious discussions plz
The book of reality, without the false lies inside it.
I agree with annas. no religious discussions.... they always end up with bad results...
^ Ha Ha! Okay, I'm stopping.
@FeoNeo33 you must be like LiL Wayne he belive in the dictonary but dont believe in the bible
@RioAnne back to Math please....
i was talking about math
plz stop discussing religions before someone get banned or suspended thank you its not allowed here on OS plz consult COC: http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct thank you
What has been the biggest discovery in Math so far??
@RioAnne It's all belief. If you believe in it, go ahead. Some people believe in ghost, some people believe in God. They are all false, and I'm gone. Thanks @annas
When you have proven God doesn't exist, you can also apply for the Nobel Prize immediately afterwards. I'll be happy to present it to you. Until then, I wouldn't blast my unproven thoughts for everyone to see.
for the last time please stop discussing religions its not allowed
Please this is really edging towards religious. People be respectful. Myself am religiously passionate but this is not the place....Please
Discussing religion is not allowed. However, God is not a religion. Let's at least make that distinction clear.
Now when you say, discussing God is not allowed, that's when, in my opinion, you've gone too far.
ok, cool forget it....wrap it up
annas, if you find anything offensive, no one is asking you to participate. There are plenty other things to do other than make fuss about a topic.
its my duty to abide by the rules so if someone is doing anything against the COC the i'll report it ... understand so please you should act according to the rules thank you. and please delete this question.
yup, agreed delete the question.
I'm drawing a line. Let's move on guys. Not that it isn't an interesting philosophical question. But time to get back to actually doing mathematics here. ===================================================
Is the line drawn in sand or granite?
