Hello, any nutritionists here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I've taken a few classes, but not a "certified" one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the right girl stumbled upon this because Im a beachbody coach :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol stuck in Alabama... but you need egg whites, chicken/turkey, fish, beans & legumes, LEAN red meat, low glycemic carbs, water, and whey protein

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No empty calories! That will only add mass around your mid-section!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol well you still dont want empty calories because they will suck up your energy! Whey protein is a supplement that is generally in a shake that is HIGH in protein! A lot of body builders drink one for breakfast, after a workout, and before bed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is generally recommended that your protein intake be approximately 1.0 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for serious body building that is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

depending on how much protein you need to take in, it could be all three of just one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if people only take one shake a day, they generally do it when they wake up or after a workout

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha i suck at math!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i've got exercising and what not down!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are you doing? Is that you in your picture?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha gotcha

OpenStudy (anonymous):

where are you at? and what types of exercising are you doing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmmm interesting. Have you heard of beachbody's program Les Mills Pump?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its an "iron pumping" set of DVDs! Really cool! Have you heard of p90x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Tony :) yes thats it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you aim your diet towards body-building, you will put it on!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats your height and how much do you currently weigh?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats not bad! You're fit im sure!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well as long as you take your diet seriously and exercise regularly you'll get there!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How old are you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, im 21

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes sir

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

most cardio workouts will get you muscle, but it will be in the legs...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
