Sorry for the delay...I was working on another problem. I honestly don't remember the theory behind it. However, I'm fairly sure it's correct since I do recall using a formula and Thevinin's Theorem in problems to calculate it...many years ago.

Yea...I don't remember those formulas. The classes I took that covered amplifiers were back in 1990 and I've never had to use them since :)
