Firstly, you should determine the value of each chemical to determine which are the more valuable and which are the cheapest. Then you need to "steal" the first 25 kilos of the chemicals starting with the most valuable to the least. Does that help?

Is it really that simple? Identify the value per kg of each item and then just keep "stealing" amounts until I reach 25 kg? I think I was over thinking this...
