If your talking about grids it is like taking a mirror and seeing the image. it is reflected onto the other part of the grid basically the same with no change in size. the image will prob be upside down. I remember in school my teacher gave us each little mirrors. we placed it on the x or y axis and then drew what the reflection looked like.
