I think it's either A or D I'm not sure :/
I also think the answer in your assignment is A, allthou i would agrue for D aswell since some "harmfull substances" such as coffein can only hurt fetus in specific weeks of the pregnancy. With a carefully planned schedual of the embryodevelopment you could still indulge yourself in some of the "harmfull" luxuries without hurting the embryo. But most likely the answer your teacher is looking for is A. I would go with A.
